The servers are housed in a secure collocation facility with security protection, fire protection, redundant T3 connections from multiple vendors, and electrical redundancy protection.
Time Tek combines 128-bit login authentication with password restrictions for server access to ensure the full privacy of company work schedules and the security of customer information. Access controls are also in place for users who wish to log into their schedule from remote locations.

Offline Assurance
The Time Tek Offline Viewer ensures 24 hour access to your important data. This free application provides your staff with continuous access to important schedules and records during situations that preclude Internet availability.
The Offline Viewer may be installed on as many local computers as you choose, including home computers and laptops. Users simply pre-set the program to take a “snapshot” of their information at any interval - every week, day, or even every hour.
